For the academic years 2019-2020, 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 the Department of Early Childhood Education offers the following postgraduate programmes (all taught in Greek language):
1. Postgraduate studies programme "Life Long Learning and Leadership in Education-Education Sciences"
2. Interdepartmental postgraduate studies programme "Learning Technologies-Education Sciences”
3. Interdepartmental post-graduate programme "Sustainability Education-Education Sciences"
The Department of Early Childhood Education participates in the following programs run by other Departments/Institutions:
1. Inter-departmental Postgraduate Studies Programme ‘Museology-Cultural Management’
2. Inter-institutional/inter-departmental Postgraduate Studies Programme ‘Educational Sciences: Mathematics Education’
The following postgraduate programmes were offered in previous years and have completed their operation after the graduation of the postgraduate students admitted during the academic year 2017-2018:
1. Postgraduate Studies Programme ‘Education Sciences’ with five specialisation pathways:
- Cultural Studies and Children’s Learning Environments
- Aesthetic Education: Theory and Practice
- Creative Writing in Literature and Education
- Mathematics, Physical Sciences and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT): Teaching and Learning
2. Inter-departmental Postgraduate Studies Programme “Psychopedagogy of Inclusion: a school for all” with two specialization pathways:
- Psychopedagogical Components of Special Education Needs
- Psychopedagogical Components of Multiculturalism
3. Inter-departmental Postgraduate Studies Programme “Specialisation in Environmental Education”
4. Inter-departmental Postgraduate Studies Programme “Total Quality Management and Innovative Applications in Education”
5. Inter-institutional/inter-departmental Postgraduate Studies Programme “Education Sciences - Learning Technologies”
6. Inter-institutional/inter-departmental Postgraduate Studies Programme“Mathematics Education”
The Joint Greek-French Postgraduate Studies Programme “Multilingual Educational Approaches and Language Policies. Diffusion of Languages and Cultures in Multilingual Contexts”, will neither take place nor offer new positions during the current and the following academic years.
