Inclusive Education

Current research:

Museum Education, Cultural Heritage Education, Non Formal and Informal Education and Inclusion, and more specifically: the educational and social role and responsibility of Museums, the role of Cultural Heritage and Arts in the Education of all children, the conjunction of Formal Education (including Special Education) with Non-Formal and Informal Education, the Universal Design for Learning in cultural spaces, the Accessibility, the equal participation and Inclusion of all children regardless their differences in Culture and Arts (children with and without disabilities, different cultural background, etc.).

Current research:

Kyriakoula Rothou currently works at the School of Early Childhood Education, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Kyriakoula does research in Special Education, reading development and reading disorders, in relationship between morphological and syntactic awareness and reading
